Hi,
Great to get some help. I am a far from a specialist so I will ask a lot of basic question. My SNID number is 70307049234. There are two Atheros products but none of them have the same identity. Wireless LAN Driver (NFA435 HAI) and Wireless LAN Driver (NFA335 HAI). Which one should I download? The problem I have is that I don’t get any Internet access. My Wi-Fi lacks a valid IP-configuration. I have tested all the basic recommendations by Microsoft and now I am at the very bottom of the list.
Best Regards
Anders

Hi,
I managed to download and start up the computer but nothing happened to my Internet connection. I got an advice to update my Windows 10 version from another guy but I don’t want to do that by myself. Do you have any other idea?
Best regards
Anders

Hi,Thanks for your help but nothing easy seems to work out. So I will take my computer and go to a repair shop rather than doing anything wrong. So all the best and hopefully my next problem is a little bit easier to fix.Best Regards Anders

I ran into this thread while searching for a more recent QCA9377 driver for a Windows 10 Acer laptop, and it seems that the correct solution hasn’t been posted yet, so I thought I’d post here in case anyone else has the same issue. Microsoft distributes a much more recent driver for this network adapter over Windows Update. To get it, just follow these steps:
- If you’re searching for a more recent driver for your wireless network
adapter, I assume your wireless connection is unreliable. Use the wired
network port on your PC to connect directly to your home router with an Ethernet cable, ensuring a stable network connection during this process. - Ensure that you’re running the latest version of Windows 10 by going to system settings -> «Update & Security» -> «Windows Update» and clicking the button labeled «Check for updates».
- Right-click the Start Menu icon on your taskbar and choose «Device Manager». Click yes at the User Account Control window.
- When Device Manager appears, click the arrow next to «Network adapters» to expand that section.
- Right-click the entry for your Qualcomm network adapter and choose «Update driver.»
- Choose «Search automatically for updated driver software».
- Windows should then automatically find and install the latest driver for your wireless network adapter. When this is finished, restart your computer.
I hope this helps.

Good day.I have some problem with my ACER Laptop (Aspire V3-574G) my wireless network connection is very slow, only 1.5 or 2 Mbps, but we have 50 Mbps broadband connection. When I connection the LAN (Ethernet only) the connection is very good. My driver for wireless network is qualcomm atheros wireless network adapter with bluetooth. Question is, this driver is compatible with my laptop, It’s happened after updating my windows 10. Thanks.

Turn off Bluetooth while using Wi-Fi and test your connection.

I installed VPN then the problem occurred, my network was lost In the adapter settings, I was confused then I returned the settings to the factory settings, the problem actually added to the problem, unable to install the driver, no Intel adapter is present in this computer, I tried the driver on the official website Acer for my laptop Acer One 14 L1410 but still I say I can’t connect to the internet

That may mean the killswitch of VPN may still be active. Try resetting (choose to wipe everything) again. Also, backup before doing it.

- 3dB worse than RX-only chain
- Integrated RF: PA, LNA, T/R Switch
- Integrated Functions: 802.11 Baseband, 802.11 MAC
- Externally required functions: 2.4G antenna(s),
- 40MHz crystal, SPI flash, serial EEPROM

- Marking on chip: Atheros (R); AR9271-AL1A; DOR379C; 1034; KOREA
- Chip Package: 68 pin, 8mm x 8mm, LPCC package
Note about antenna diversity and MIMO: the chip has 2 RX RF chains with 4 analog (RF) combining methods, selected dynamically in real-time for each packet during reception, resulting in performance much closer to MIMO 1×2:1 than MIMO 1×1:1 even though it’s not full MIMO-MRC… assuming a second antenna is connected to the secondary RX port, of course. Most adapters omit this second antenna.
